Congratulations on your 5k Barrett!! Way to go! Since I started running races 4 years ago I have found yoga to be an *essential* part of my running regimen. Without the stretching, respite, and focus that yoga brings me, my mental and physical stamina for running would not be possible. Keep up the great work Barrett! You've inspired me to go running today!

Congrats on your race! I've been thinking about getting back into the running habit after many years away. Scheduling is my greatest challenge--finding a half-hour in between everything. Still, I'm determined to start (and was going to yesterday, when I got sidetracked by a stomach bug--phooey), and am very interested to see how this and my yoga practice complement each other.

Thanks for sharing and keep up the good work!
