For years, I’ve sent expectant moms a prenatal resource list and new moms a postpartum resource list. Both are chock full of local people (doctors, doulas, acupuncturists, classes, etc.) and items (DVDs, music, etc.) that are helpful in pregnancy and postpartum. I’m now putting them online!!
